Seems like only yesterday my plane landed at LAX. The 364 days between have been a blur.
May 10th, 2002 is now one years’ old. The past year has been "awesome" to say the least.
The last week has been twice as awesome, but last night was “unbelievable!” I needed to
mark my “one year anniversary in Hollywood” in a way that I would not forget. A lot of my
friends in the business have been on me to take the plunge and get some “ink” –
particularly Tommy Lee and Rikki Rachtman. Jack White of the “White Stripes” tried to talk
me out of it during our late lunch Saturday at “Duke’s Coffee Shop” on the Sunset Strip.
However, I was now possessed with the notion. In short, Saturday afternoon I met with
tattoo legend Joe Vegas and his staff. There was no turning back… It was time to prove to the
world that we "ROLL HARD IN HOLLYWOOD!"
A fan at the tattoo palor recognized me and tooks these photos which she was nice enough to

I had intended to get the "skyline of Los Angeles" below the letters but that would of taken five hours - and I had to be at a special "surprise party" I wasn't suppossd to know about ;=). I might come back later to finish. Next time I'm taking some "Oxzy" first! BTW - This process causes "swelling" so don't give me shit about how the picture looks!
There are not many people who can put up with the pain associated with getting a tattoo.
We're a small minority of the population. It takes "balls" to do what we do and go against
the "norms" of society. Life is about taking risks, I rolled the dice - and they came up aces!!!
